Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item, such as armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for one of the same type, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original item's level, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To create them, you require a higher level token for rerolling. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next success is being rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's store will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
In the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones

After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the Best item upgrade. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This is an excellent option for players who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto the new gear.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many methods to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item level upgrade with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process can continue until the item is at its highest level.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be added, as well as a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the first is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Once an upgrade item component is inserted into an item, it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and adds an extra 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Some items benefit from upgrading less because of their improved stats, but more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing it. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
